Kandake Living's Mission and Vision

Kandake Living’s mission is to provide supportive services and safe transitional housing for women with children who are escaping domestic or intimate partner violence, as well as families experiencing homelessness. We are dedicated to creating spaces where mothers and children can heal, rebuild, and transform their lives.

Our vision is to establish a secure, gated, clean-energy transitional living community — a safe and nurturing environment where families can not only find shelter, but also the tools to thrive. Through a two-year program, we focus on more than temporary housing: we provide mental health services, community support, vocational training, and financial literacy education.

At Kandake Living, we believe transformation is possible. Our goal is that every woman who completes our program not only rebuilds her life but leaves with the confidence, stability, and power to step fully into her future — knowing she is the Queen she was born to be. 👑
