When becoming a subscriber, you automatically become a part of our team. To thank you for your efforts and subscription we will provide complimentary items based on each type of subscription. Please note what complimentary items you get are based on your subscription.
In receiving your complimentary items, your subscription should either be weekly, monthly or annually.
A weekly subscriber must make 4 consecutive weekly payments prior to receiving their gifts.
A monthly subscriber must make 2 consecutive monthly payments prior to receiving their gifts.
A yearly subscriber must make 1 payment prior to receiving their gifts.
Complimentary items are subject to change due to many outside factors (inflation, pandemics, resources etc.) Kandake Living will still show you our deepest gratitude and exchange your items if outside factors prevents us from providing you with your complimentary goods.
We are not liable for your items once they are given to you, that means if you are provided with a physical or electronic "complimentary" good and that good gets stolen, misplaced or misused, we are not liable or held responsible in replacing that item. Please save all emails, receipts and physical goods somewhere safe in order to prevent it from being misplaced, lost or stolen.
Upon making payments you will be provided with a donation receipt, if misplaced or you have not received these receipts you may contact us via email to receive your receipts.
